Due to the nature of our products and our production schedule we are unable to acknowledge refunds/cancellation requests. Please double check your order before checking out. All orders come with a tracking number. Expect shipping delays. If your order hasn’t moved or updated on the usps website. Please contact them for further information it’s nothing I can do on my end once your item have shipped and in possession of the usps.

Damages issues/missing items

If you received a damaged product or missing an item from your order please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Send an email to [email protected] 

*do include 3 clear pictures of damaged item as well as your order number. Any emails received outside of the 2 day window cannot be acknowledged.
